Elizabeth Reaser is an American TV, film and theater actor, best known for her role in films like The Twilight Saga and series such as Greys Anatomy and True Detective. Elizabeth was born in and brought up in Michigan. Ever since she was little, she wanted to be an actor. Following her high-school education, she joined the drama department at Juilliard School and graduated with a degree in fine arts. Following a highly successful guest appearance on The Sopranos series, she made her TV debut as an actress who was fully trained. She then appeared in numerous other TV shows that also enjoyed a lot of attention and acclaim, such as The Jury and Hack. In 2006, she experienced a major career break in the form of Alice Alden was offered to her on the television show Saved. Following that included major appearances in TV shows like Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife and True Detective. Her appearances in movies included Liberal Arts, One and Two as well as in all five installments in The Twilight Saga.

Jessica's interest for television and films started at an early, easily influenced age. Jessica began her career as model. The casting director from Australia approached models and asked they to attend auditions. The role she was offered was "Kiki" in the movie Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. In the years since, she's appeared in small roles including Peter Pan or Aquamarine. Roman Empire was a Netflix original show where she played Cleopatra. She starred as Cleopatra on Season 2 of the Original series Roman Empire. Jessica took home the world search for Talon for Talon in The Outpost. She sent a videotape of herself to producers which contained her acting in the role, as well as an additional video of her performing MMA. She sent them a video the following day of herself fighting swords. Jessica was reading the script of the role, knew it would be necessary to learn weaponry. Therefore, she recorded her very first weapon practice lesson. Jonathan Glassner stated that they were amazed at Jessica's performance at the beginning of her training. This was her first US important role since she had previously acted in Australian films. Jessica is able to fully play the role of a strong woman due to her enthusiasm for action, her mixed martial arts skills and her riding horse, weapons and firearms skills, and her athletic abilities. In Australia she learned to muay Thai and boxing. Jake Stormoen saw a dog roaming around the location of filming Season 4 while on set. The dog was later discovered to be a part of a litter of stray puppies who were able to take housing in the sets. Jessica took care of the two puppies.
